Free, on-street parking is available on Phillip Street.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time at Body & Balm is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price, unless the appointment can be filled at short notice.
Health Fund Rebates
We can provide health fund rebates for Remedial Massage treatments only for all Health Fund providers except for HCF and Medibank Private. To claim, a receipt will be emailed to you after your session so you can claim directly with your health fund provider.
Covid 19
Body & Balm is a Covid Safe business. We follow all guidelines provided by our professional association ATMS and NSW Health. Should you have any particular concerns regarding COVID 19 please reach out to us before your appointment.
Your Comfort
Your time with us is all about you! During your session please feel free to let your therapist know of anything we can do to make you feel more comfortable and at home. So if you would like the temperature, the music or the pressure of your massage adjusting please let us know.
Pregnancy & Medical Conditions
If you are pregnant or have any medical concerns/conditions please let us know prior to your visit so we can make sure you get the correct treatment and the most out of your session.
